About Brooke

Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Brooke! Brooke is a 1-year-old, 38 lb Chocolate Lab mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. This sweet girl is searching for her forever home where she can shower her new family with affection and happiness. Brooke is an incredibly friendly and affectionate companion who adores playtime. She’s both brave and sweet, always ready to give kisses and snuggle up with her favorite people. Whether it's running around with a ball or sharing a quiet moment, Brooke is happiest when she’s with her humans or doggie friends. She walks nicely on a leash and continues to improve her manners with every outing. Brooke also thrives in the company of other dogs, peacefully sharing her shelter space in La Paz with her brother. With a medium-high energy level, Brooke is an excellent fit for an active family seeking a playful and spirited canine companion. She delights in chasing balls and outdoor fun and can't wait to find her family in the PNW who’ll enjoy her lively nature. Currently soaking up the sun in Mexico at the Saving Baja Paws shelter, Brooke spends her days enjoying play and friendship. She is ready to make the trip to the PNW once a loving foster or adopter steps forward, and can arrive within 15 days of family approval. All Saving Baja Paws dogs enjoy a 1-week foster-to-adopt option, giving families a wonderful chance to confirm the perfect match. Whether you’re looking to foster or adopt, the rescue welcomes your interest. Brooke’s adoption fee is $250. She comes fully up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm and disease tested, microchipped, fecal tested, current on flea medication, and spayed/neutered. This could be the start of something paw-some.
