Mama Wendy spent much of her life as a community cat outside a busy storefront until a volunteer stepped up to help her and her kittens through a TNR (trap-neuter-return) initiative in 2019. With her caretaker now moving away, Mama Wendy finds herself in need of a true indoor home where she no longer has to worry about fending for herself. She's ready to settle into safe, comfortable surroundings with caring people. Mama Wendy is used to living with other cats and should transition well indoors, especially in a calm household that understands her background. Indoor placements only, unless you're part of the barn cat program. Home visits are required and adoptions are limited to about 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA. Iowa adopters only, please.
