Purr-haps you’ve been waiting for a cat just like me—Pursimmon! Born 8/10/21, I’m a sweet little lovebug with one big request: please hold me, all the time. If you don’t get the hint, I’ll stand on my back legs and purr-sistently tap your leg until you scoop me up. Once I’m in your arms, prepare for purr-fection. I’ll make endless biscuits, lean into your scritches, and even let you pat me on the sides like a pup (yes, I purr-fectly enjoy those happy thumps!). I don’t like being cradled like a baby, though—I much prefer the “toddler hold,” with one hand supporting my bottom and the other across my back or scratching my head. Sometimes I’ll even climb up to ride on your shoulder, purr-oud as can be. I’m purr-sonable, purr-suasive, and very chatty. The second you walk into the room (or house!), I’ll greet you with a cheerful meow and keep talking until you give me the snuggles I deserve. I get along fine with aloof cats who give me space, but I don’t want another cat right in my face. People, though? I’m all about them.
