About Jane Goodall

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Jane! This sweet little girl, with her delightfully oversized ears, was sadly abandoned in a trucking company parking lot. Rescued by a compassionate office worker after waiting more than a day for someone to return for her, Jane was brought to safety right when her namesake, the famous Jane Goodall, passed away. It seemed only fitting to honor her gentle spirit with such a significant name. Jane is a young adult between one and two years old and has truly flourished in her foster home. She gets along wonderfully with all the other dogs and happily settles into her crate with a pile of soft blankets each night. Just like the legendary human she’s named after, Jane is remarkably kind and gentle. She’s ready to become an amazing new best friend to a very special adopter. Fun fact: Jane’s sun sign is Gemini, which means she’s lively, curious, and loves companionship! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
