About Caillou
Caillou’s story started rough—neglected and left behind in Kentucky, he showed up barely more than skin and bones. Even so, he rebounded quickly. These days, Caillou is learning home life fast: he’s curious, adapts well, and has picked up house routines with surprising ease. He’s a year old, active and athletic, with a gentle, easygoing temperament. Caillou gets along with other dogs and loves being around people, whether it’s following you from room to room or curling up beside you on the couch. He lives for the outdoors—yard zoomies, hiking, or any activity that lets him strut his puppy energy. Caillou still has a few puppy quirks: mouthing things and the occasional grab-and-go with household items, but he’s learning and responds well to chew toys and gentle direction. Weighing in at 65 lbs, he’s fully vetted, neutered, and ready for a home that can give him both exercise and affection. A fenced yard is a must, and Caillou’s athletic side will thrive with a family that likes to stay active. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
