About Cindy
Cindy is a 1-year-old spayed female, shorthair tortoiseshell with a personality equal parts bashful and inquisitive. She’s still learning what it means to trust people—skittish at times, but genuinely sweet once she warms up. Give her space and she opens up with surprising affection: Cindy likes to greet her foster parent, loves gentle pets, and isn’t shy about giving kisses when she feels comfortable. Playtime has been key for Cindy’s progress. She’s obsessed with her jingle fish toy, sprinting after it and batting it with skill. When she feels safe, especially during mealtime or lounging in her cat tree’s crow’s nest, she welcomes attention. Cindy has lived with her littermates and is curious about befriending other cats, but she’s not a fan of dogs. She’ll do best with someone patient and understanding, willing to help her build trust on her own timeline. Your patience will help Cindy continue blooming into a loving companion.
