About Utah
Utah's got a personality as big as his name. He’s a hefty guy—80-plus pounds of comic relief and sturdy companionship. Don’t let the serious size fool you. Utah’s the perfect partner for late-night reality TV marathons and chilling on the couch. Volunteers say he’s easy to walk, quick to flash a sit and a shake, and not above shamelessly repeating paw tricks for treats. He’s got house manners: he’s housebroken, playful without being wild, loves a cuddle, and shows his smarts when treats are involved. Utah’s been fostered around kids and is comfortable with them. In playgroups, he’s social and enjoys meeting other dogs, but would like to meet any future dog siblings before moving in. There’s a bit of arthritis in his joints, so daily hikes aren’t necessary—he prefers his adventures on the living room floor (maybe chasing the remote). If you want good company every evening and a low-drama addition to the family, Utah fits the bill. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
