About Colombia
Colombia is a lively and affectionate Pit Bull Terrier who brings her own special spark to the shelter. She’s happiest when she’s out of the kennel and right by your side, and she’s definitely more lap dog than guard dog. Colombia loves cuddles and melts into attention, bonding fast and deeply. In her foster home she was house trained, quiet when left alone, and generally well behaved—a low-maintenance roommate who appreciates a good nap as much as a walk. She’s a confident, energetic companion and thrives on adventure; car rides, walks, or a coffee date (with a dog-safe drink) all get her tail wagging. Colombia is super friendly and handles new people easily. At the shelter, she’s warmed up quickly to staff and visitors, winning them over with her easygoing spirit. She’ll happily meet resident dogs, though she loves human attention most. Toys don’t matter much to her, but treats are always a hit—especially when they come as bacon ice cream. Colombia is ready for a real home where her bright personality can shine. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
