About Birch
What are you waiting for? Apply today! If you ever wanted a new analogy for abundance, skip "multiplying like rabbits" and try "spreading seeds like a birch tree"—birches can release up to one million seeds a year! While the sweet pup Birch won't be reproducing or scattering seeds, he certainly hopes to shower his future family with a million snuggles throughout his life. Birch is making wonderful strides in his journey toward confidence. According to a dedicated volunteer, his socialization, trust, and walking skills are all improving beautifully. Birch now leashes up and walks out of his kennel, though he’s still a bit nervous passing by other dogs. Once in the parking lot or on walks to the park, however, his sweet and calm demeanor shines. He sits politely, takes treats gently, and melts under gentle petting. Birch comes from a large litter and truly enjoys spending time with his siblings. He may thrive best in a home with another dog, enjoying the comfort of a canine companion. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, Birch is showing just what a fantastic, gentle-hearted dog he is. Come meet him and see if he's the missing piece in your family! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
