Hi, my name is Faith. I want to tell you my story… because I hope maybe, just maybe, someone out there will hear it and open their heart to a girl like me. I’m coming so far now and seeing that people can be kind and gentle and loving and I’m responding to that- I’m ready to open my heart and love. I’m just about a year old, but my life so far hasn’t been what most would call a "life." For six long months, I was kept in a crate. No real room to stretch and run and play, no sunlight to chase, no soft hands to pet me when I was scared. My elderly owner meant well, but it just… wasn’t the life a young cat should have. The world is still big and a little scary to me, but I'm trying. I really am. Every soft word, every gentle touch—it’s helping me believe that there is kindness out there. That maybe I do deserve love. A quiet home where I can decompress, feel safe, and learn to trust at my own pace—that would mean everything to me. Despite everything, I’ve held onto a little spark of hope. That’s why they named me Faith. Look at how sweet and beautiful I am If you have a calm home, a warm spot by the window, and a heart big enough for a girl who's been through too much too soon… I’d love to meet you. I may not be the cat who runs to you right away. But if you give me the time I need, I promise—I will love you with everything I have. Please, help me write a new chapter. Currently, visits to the shelter are by appointment only for approved applications, so please fill out an application, then email it into us . Or, if you prefer, you can print it out on paper, fill it out, and drop it off. The manager will be in touch with you about an appointment for a visit, once your application has been approved.
