Meet Toby. He was rescued from the shelter underweight and with severe skin and eye issues. He is on his way to a full recovery and is looking for his forever home. He is 2-3 years old. He loves kids and does well with most dogs with the proper introductions. He does not prefer farm animals or cats, they just seem way to fun to chase.
