About Emma

Think you are the one? Submit an application! Emma is a delightful Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix and one of Sophie’s darling pups, born on January 31st. Originally called “Sweet lil Emma,” she’s blossoming into a confident little girl, now able to hold her own with her bigger brothers when playtime gets a bit rough. At just 6 weeks old in her photo (taken on March 19th), she’s rapidly growing taller and is expected to weigh between 10 to 12 pounds when fully grown. Emma is available for adoption now, under a spay/neuter contract. Emma is currently thriving in a foster home in Wichita, Kansas, and she’s looking for a forever family nearby—she cannot be shipped. To adopt Emma, you must live in the Wichita Metro area or surrounding towns, and only local applicants are considered since a home visit is required. A secure, physically fenced yard is a must; invisible fences will not be accepted. Additionally, a veterinarian reference is requested to confirm that your current or previous pets are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm prevention. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
