Meet Nina ? This cutie came to us a few months ago with a litter of kittens—who have all since found loving homes. Now it’s her turn. ? Nina’s journey hasn’t been easy. She nearly died during her spay surgery, and only survived thanks to a life-saving emergency procedure that acted like cat ECMO—recirculating her own blood in a last-ditch effort to keep her alive. And it worked. Nina pulled through. ?? We gave her time to heal—and time to blossom. Now this sweet, shy girl is ready for her next chapter: a forever home filled with love, patience, and quiet comforts. She’d thrive in a calm environment with no dogs or small kids, and she gets along well with other cats. When she’s not snoozing in a sunbeam, Nina loves to play and snack on treats. ?
