At the end of April, Bodhi was first spotted alone in a field, too nervous to let anyone near him. After several attempts to catch him safely, he eventually followed his rescuers into a live trap, still wary of human contact and unsure about playing with other dogs. Since then, Bodhi has improved steadily. He's catching on quickly with house training and is enjoying time with other animals. Walking on a leash is a work in progress, but he's getting there. Bodhi absolutely loves to fetch and is rarely without one of his stuffed animals. He comes across as shy at first, but once he warms up, he's loyal and affectionate. Bodhi is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and the vet estimates he's about a year old, likely a pit bull terrier mix. Now he's hoping for a home where he can feel safe and loved.
