Sprout is a 4-year-old, handsome brindle Pit Bull Terrier with a big grin and a gentle soul. Diagnosed with Addison’s disease early on in rescue, he’s done incredibly well thanks to a committed foster home and daily medication, which runs about $45 monthly. Sprout’s not bothered by his diagnosis—he enjoys a playful, active life and rewards his people with plenty of affection. He’s also house trained, neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped, so he’s ready for family life. Sprout gets along with other dogs and likes to romp around with them, but he’s not always the best at sharing toys or food, so some thoughtful supervision at home goes a long way. He must go to a home without cats. His ideal person is someone willing to give him a bit of extra routine and care, and in return you’ll get loyalty and friendship from one of the most grateful dogs out there.
