She’s up to date on her vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and crate trained. Pamolly thrives around other dogs—she’s happiest when she has a canine playmate for games of tug and plenty of roughhousing. She’s also friendly toward cats, handles being around people of all ages, and enjoys walks. While she loves being outside, she needs regular reminders to mind her manners, like not jumping or barking when excited, and she’s working on her basic commands. Pamolly has Diabetes Insipidus, a manageable condition requiring medication (eye drops) twice daily; she needs a family who will provide regular water breaks and ensure she doesn’t overdo it. She should have a securely fenced yard, as she needs space for all her playful energy, and she does best with another active dog in the home to show her healthy boundaries. Pamolly is fully house trained and doesn’t mind short spells in her crate but shouldn’t be crated for long hours. She’s still learning to enjoy cuddling but may try it from time to time.
