Orange and white, with classic tiger striping, Phobo is curious and good-natured around people. He gets along well with other cats at the rescue and has also been friendly when meeting children. Phobo is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. His adoption fee has already been covered for approved applicants.
