He's an affectionate soul who bonds deeply with his people and wants nothing more than to love and protect them. A Note on Other Dogs: Hoss has shown some protective instincts when other large dogs approach his foster family - a sign of his loyalty, but also a behavior that will benefit from continued training and guidance. He has interacted and even played with other dogs, so with time, socialization, and the right structure, he can absolutely improve in this area. For now, Hoss would thrive as the only dog in the home, with a fenced yard (physical or wireless) and humans committed to helping him continue to grow.
