Mickey is a young, bouncy dog who first came to the shelter as a stray and quickly charmed everyone with his wiggly personality and goofy enthusiasm. He's full of energy, loves to play, and has a big heart that makes him light up any room. Mickey is smart and food-motivated, already knowing sit, down, and paw – impressive skills for such a silly, lovable boy. While he's playful and joyful, he is still figuring out the world and learning how to navigate it confidently. Mickey will do best in a home that provides structure, consistent guidance, and plenty of physical and mental outlets. He has grown increasingly frustrated with other dogs, so any dog introductions will need to be very slow, safe, and managed by someone experienced with large, powerful dogs. Mickey loves chew toys, food puzzles, and long walks to satisfy his curiosity. With patience, routine, and ongoing training, he has the potential to grow into an incredible companion who fills every day with joy and laughter.
