About Jonah
Jonah has spent most of his life outdoors and is just now getting the hang of being a true indoor companion. This sweet, soulful-eyed, five-year-old loves nap time as much as he enjoys playing with his toys. He bonds quickly and has a gentle, loving presence that makes him easy to root for. Jonah gets along with some dogs and is always ready to wrestle with his pals, but he can't live with cats. He’s a strong boy still working on leash manners, so a sturdy handler and a fenced yard are important. His training is ongoing, and he's looking for someone ready to continue helping him learn the ropes. Jonah is best suited to an adopter willing to put in time for training and provide consistency. All family members and any resident dogs will need to be part of the meet and greet. If you’re ready to give Jonah the stability he’s missed, he’s more than ready to return your investment in loyalty and affection. Fun fact: born November 25, Jonah is a Sagittarius—adventurous at heart, always seeking new experiences beside his favorite people. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
