Dogs that come from hoarding homes are not used to normal dog experiences or expectations. They need time and patience as they learn new routines. He is not housebroken but can learn with time and supervision. Crate training is a good way to help him learn how to be housebroken as well as ensure that he doesn't chew on things he shouldn't. Feeding Kup in his crate is a great way to help him get comfortable with it.
