I'm a 75-pound Staffordshire Terrier mix with major lap dog goals and a deep love for belly rubs. Not too long ago, my life almost ended - I was only 30 minutes away from being euthanized. I was scared, confused, and just waiting for a miracle... and then I was saved. Now, I'm with a foster waiting for my forever home. She brought me home, gave me love, and helped me shine again. Now I'm living life to the fullest - zoomies across the yard like an athlete, playing with toys like it's my job, and taking walks like a total gentleman. I know all my commands (sit, down, leave it, stay... the whole list!) and I'm crate trained, potty trained, and house trained - what more could you ask for? At home, I'm calm and respectful. I love curling up for snuggles, leaning in for head scratches, and sneaking onto the couch for a good nap. I'm also very food motivated - berries and frozen green beans are my absolute favorites. Sometimes I get nervous with loud noises or new places, but if you're gentle, patient, and kind, I'll warm up and show you just how sweet I am. I take daily meds to help with my anxiety and I'm working hard on my confidence. My foster mom (who's also a vet behaviorist) says I'm doing amazing and she's even offering lifetime support to my forever family - how cool is that? I'd love a calm, loving home - no cats, dogs, or kids please. Just me and my favorite humans enjoying the simple things: walks, cuddles, and snacks.
