About Linus
Linus is a 1-year-old Husky/Pit Bull Terrier mix with a sweet but independent spirit, best suited to someone patient and understanding. He thrives in an adults-only home, especially one with a fenced yard where he can run and play safely. Linus loves going for walks and exploring outside, but indoors he's pretty low-maintenance, crate and house trained, and content to hang nearby rather than be in your lap. While he isn’t a classic cuddler, he consistently shows quiet affection and loyalty. He does best as the only dog and isn’t a match for a home with children or other pets. Linus appreciates people who respect his space and boundaries, as he can be sensitive with new faces. He adjusts well to alone time, making him suitable for adopters with regular work hours—he’s not prone to barking or separation anxiety. Given his background and past bite record, he needs a dedicated adopter who will continue with gentle training and supervision. Linus will reward patience and consistency with tail wags and the kind of steady companionship that's hard to find. Linus is neutered and up to date on vaccines. He’s ready to meet someone who understands and values a loyal but independent dog. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
