About London
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! London is a gorgeous female German shepherd who has already shown incredible resilience and heart. Previously used for breeding and kept in challenging circumstances, she now thrives in foster care after being rescued. Although nervous with new people at first, she blossoms into an affectionate companion, showing her playful and loyal nature once she feels at home. She’s not the brightest, but her quirky spirit will endlessly entertain you, and her recall is excellent once she bonds with you. London has a strong prey drive, so she needs a home without small animals or cats. She’s loved by everyone she meets in public, and her vocal shepherd personality comes out in whines when she’s ready for fun, food, or adventure. She’s happiest when she can chase balls, hike, and play in the water, and she thrives with routine exercise. Although she shares toys well with her dog friends, she prefers to eat separately. London is crate trained, house trained, healthy, up to date on preventatives and vaccines, and microchipped. At nearly 3 years old, she is looking for her forever family after spending much of her life waiting. Because of her playful energy and collar sensitivity, she’s best suited to homes with older children and requires a privacy fence. Her adoption fee is sponsored, so she just needs the right person or family to give her a second chance. She must find a home by year's end to avoid returning to boarding. Born December 1, London is a spirited Sagittarius—known for their adventurous and fun-loving spark! She is located in Tulsa, OK, and can be adopted anywhere in the United States as long as you can meet her in person. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
