About Lady
Meet Lady, a sweet and gentle dog ready to enjoy her golden years in a peaceful and comfy home. She prefers calm surroundings and thrives in a quiet household with someone who enjoys laid-back company—think slow mornings, belly rubs, and lounging on the sofa. Lady still gets lively when it’s time for a walk or if a squirrel catches her attention, but she’s happiest when things move at a gentle pace. Recently, Lady lost vision in her right eye, but she handles her new normal with grace. She’s under a specialist’s care, and while her vision won’t return, it doesn’t hold her back. She’s house-trained, excellent on a leash, and will joyfully greet you with wiggles and sweet, affectionate kisses every time you come home. Lady gets along well with dogs, especially those willing to give her space and a slow introduction. She isn’t the type for rambunctious play or high-energy homes—she’ll do best with older, respectful children or adults. Her greatest wish is a home where peace and patience rule the day, and where she can offer loyalty and quiet companionship in return. Lady’s adoption fee is fully sponsored and she’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s ready for a new beginning in Kansas City, MO. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
