About Vinny
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Vinny! Vinny is a two-year-old, medium-sized Heeler mix with striking yellow and white coloring and a heart as big as his playful spirit. He loves giving kisses, snuggling up on the couch, and will greet you with full-body wiggles every time you get home. Vinny is house trained, prefers to do his business outside, and is crate trained—he even naps in his crate by choice. Smart and well-mannered, he listens beautifully to directions, although he can be a little nervous on walks and around men at first. With gentle patience, Vinny warms up and becomes an affectionate, loyal companion. Despite not being very food motivated, Vinny enjoys treats like peanut butter, apples, and milk bones. He's quiet throughout the day, low-maintenance, and comfortable being left alone for several hours without any trouble. Vinny gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children, making him an excellent fit for a variety of homes. Since he was born in early December, that makes him a Sagittarius—dogs with this sun sign are known for their fun-loving, optimistic, and adventurous nature! Vinny is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY through Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue. Give him the loving home he's waiting for—he's ready to snuggle up and be your perfect match.
