About Munch

Three years ago, Munch was found as a puppy on the streets and spent his early months in the shelter system. After a stint in a home, he was unfortunately attacked by larger dogs, leading to his return. Eight months of waiting in a noisy shelter eventually landed him on the euthanasia list, but a rescue couldn't let that be his fate. Settled now in foster care, Munch has transformed with structure and affection. He's energetic, curious, food-motivated, and eager to please. Car rides are a joy for him, but he’s just as content snuggled up on the couch. In the house, he’s polite, quiet, and loves having a routine. Munch is crate- and house-trained and prefers a calm, quieter household. He enjoys playtime with toys and people. Loud noises startle him, and he’s intimidated by big dogs, but he continues to learn that things will be okay. Ideally, Munch’s new home would avoid young children and, if there are other dogs, they should be smaller than him. What he wants most is a steady life with someone who appreciates a goofy, affectionate companion. His adoption fee covers his vet exams, vaccines, microchip, and neuter. Ready to fall in love?
