About Flaco
Meet Flaco! Flaco is a large, gentle Shar Pei mix around three years old. He carries a soft, apricot-tan coat and stands out for his sweet, timid personality. Change still makes him nervous, and he’s just getting the hang of new people and places, but Flaco shows genuine affection once he settles in. New faces and bustling scenes can spark a little anxiety, so he’ll do best with a patient, understanding family who can give him a calm home and the time he needs to build confidence. Flaco is open to getting to know all members of the household—including other dogs—to find the right fit for everyone. He does have a heart murmur managed by daily medication (Pimobendan), so his adopters will need to continue supporting his special health needs. Cats aren’t a match for him, but he gets along with other dogs. If you’re the family ready to give Flaco some steadiness and kindness, he’ll repay you with loyalty and warmth. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
