About Bridgett
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet the fabulous Bridgett! This wonderful gal brings joy wherever she goes, showing her sweetness with every enthusiastic tail wag. Once she hops onto a bed or couch, belly rubs quickly become her favorite pastime—how could anyone resist? With an impressive love for treats, this little pup sure knows how to enjoy snack time! Bridgett is truly unique, as she is both sight and hearing impaired. Despite these challenges, she has an adorable way of connecting with her people, doing a happy little dance or letting out a bark when greeted. Just a gentle pat on her side and she’ll happily settle in. A champion snuggler, Bridgett finds comfort tucking herself under blankets and resting her head on soft pillows or snuggling in her crate. She’s mastered walking on a leash and loves to take her time during strolls, occasionally stopping to enjoy the world around her. Bridgett also shines as a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with other dogs in her foster home and during playgroups. Recently having had a dental checkup, she’s all set and ready for her forever family. If you have space in your heart and home for a truly loving spirit, Bridgett would love to become your loyal companion. Your journey together begins with your application! Make their next chapter their best one yet.

Questions about Bridgett
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Chihuahuas are best suited for indoor living, ideally in a calm household where they can enjoy attention and companionship. They adapt well to apartments or houses, as long as they have cozy spaces to relax.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Chihuahuas do not require large yards and are content with short walks and indoor play. A securely fenced yard is a bonus but not a necessity due to their small size.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Chihuahuas can do well with older, gentle children who know how to handle small dogs respectfully. Supervision is recommended with younger children to keep both the dog and child safe.
