Everyone agrees! Tipsy is #1 Momma! She was surrendered with her three kittens because her owner could not afford a spay. Our rescue took her in from Acct Philly who had her on their code red list. She came to us with two out of three kittens, one having died at ACCT. She has been a terrific mom to her two kittens, as well as three others she accepted without hesitations. Tipsy is sweet and gentle, by nature. She would be a wonderful addition to a loving family!
