Scarlet
AvailableScarlet is a medium-sized Domestic Short Hair mix, about 2 years and 11 months old, currently in Havertown, PA. She is a female cat who has been spayed, is house trained, and has been thoroughly vetted. Scarlet has special needs due to her door-dashing tendency, and she thrives best as the only cat in a secure, apartment-style home.
About Scarlet
Scarlet was discovered wandering calmly down a West Philly sidewalk, not paying much attention to the world around her. A simple offer of food and a soft call brought her right over—she clearly knows when to trust. Scarlet is a pretty girl with a playful and easygoing nature. She’s been fully vetted, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for both FeLV and FIV. Scarlet has a few quirks. She’s a door dasher, so an apartment or condo with secure hallways is the best setup for her, just in case she manages to slip out. She’s moody and often impulsive around other cats. The perfect home for Scarlet is one where she can be the only cat—she’ll thrive without feline company. She’s been making do at the rescue but would truly come into her own as a beloved solo cat in the right environment. Scarlet gets along with children and would be a lively addition to a home willing to understand her spirited streak. As a Cancer, she has a sensitive and intuitive side, making her both a sweet and interesting companion. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
