About Chase
Chase is a sharp, athletic Pit Bull Terrier with a striking dilute coat that brings to mind a Weimaraner. Nearly a year old and large in size, he throws himself into toys and play with full puppy enthusiasm, especially when it comes to chasing tennis balls or wrestling with chew toys. Despite his solid build, Chase handles well on a leash and shows real promise with obedience, having already adjusted to a gentle leader. He learns fast and is happiest when included in the action. A yard with a tall (over 4 foot) fence is the best fitāthose long legs want room to run. Chase has attended dog daycare and does well with slow, supervised introductions to other friendly, similar-sized dogs. Heās never met a cat, so his behavior with them is unknown. For him, an experienced adopter is keyāsomeone who will appreciate a loyal, people-focused dog who thinks he belongs in your lap, size notwithstanding. Chase thrives on company, wants to be part of everything, and keeps his humans smiling with his goofy charm. Heās house trained and comes neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and with a basic training class included. Chase is seeking an indoor-only home, and applicants should expect a vet reference check and home visit. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
