We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes! ——————— OWEN is a super cute American Bulldog mix! He is 3 years old and he weighs 72 lbs. Owen has three great loves in life: treats, belly rubs, and air conditioning. Not necessarily in that order. Owen is 100% sweet, 0% fan of summer. He’s convinced walks should come with portable AC and snacks every five steps. (Honestly, same.) This charming guy has a gorgeous coat, a soft heart, and a serious talent for sniffing out treats. He’s friendly, easygoing, and gets along great with other pups—just don’t ask him to hang out in the sun too long, or you’ll get the world’s most dramatic side-eye. Owen is also a perfect gentleman who keeps his kennel clean—what a good boy! His dream home? Cool floors, chill vibes, and a treat jar that magically refills itself. If you’re into couch cuddles, snack breaks, and avoiding the outdoors after 10 a.m., you and Owen might be soulmates. ADOPTING A PET We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
