We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! SATURDAY, JUNE 20 from 12 TO 3PM: PET ADOPTION EVENT at the MERRIAM PETSMART located at 5810 Antioch Rd, Merriam, KS 66202. This dapper guy is all dressed up in his best tuxedo in hopes of finding a new home! Kingston is a big, sweet boy. He is very friendly and silly--he LOVES playing with toys! He may be 8 years old, but he's a puppy at heart. Kingston is also good with other dogs. Kingston lost his family due to an eviction and a very sad situation. His mom was devastated to give him up, but she was living in her car with him and a baby. Kingston truly is a wonderful boy and he's lost his family who cared about him-- we'd love to find him a new loving home soon. Kingston weighs 61 lbs. ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
