About Walter
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet pup Walter! This sweet Beagle/Boxer mix is part of the Western Litter and is about 5-6 months old. Walter has already braved quite a bit in his short life, triumphing over parvovirus and making his way out of an overcrowded shelter in Alabama. Now, he's seeking a home filled with love, laughter, and plenty of snuggles. Walter may come across as a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he's pure affection and loves to cuddle. He's been thriving in his foster home, enjoying the camaraderie of the other puppies and is especially confident when surrounded by doggy friends. Walter would do great in a home with another dog, as it helps boost his confidence and brings out his playful, social side. As a young pup, Walter is in an ideal stage for training and socialization, making him an excellent match for dedicated adopters ready to help him blossom. While Walter is still working on his house-training skills, he'll benefit from patience and consistency in his new home. Obedience training is highly recommended to help him adjust and strengthen the bond with his new family. Walter's brave and loving nature makes him a loyal companion who's ready to fill your heart and home with joy. As a fun fact, Walter was born under the sign of Aries—a spirited sun sign known for courage and enthusiasm! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
