Chico's story began on the side of the road, where he was found abandoned in a crate, but he hasn't let that tough start dim his loving spirit. This sweet boy is all about enjoying life’s simple pleasures—treats, chew toys, squeaker toys, and his absolute favorite: pup cups! Chico loves car rides and would be your perfect co-pilot on any adventure. Though he’s a gentle giant at 82 lbs, there are a few things Chico isn’t a fan of, like passing cars, loud lawn equipment, vacuums, and power tools. And after his past experience, he’s not too keen on being in a crate, but give him a cozy room to stretch out, and he’ll be in doggy heaven. Chico adores both men and women, and would be wonderful with children, especially toddlers and older. He gets along great with small and big dogs alike, though we’re not sure about cats just yet. With his loving nature, Chico would be happiest lounging by your side or cuddling whenever he gets the chance. His cherry eye was recently fixed and looks like a million bucks.
