Remi is a male Pit Bull Terrier with a medium build and a short coat, sporting a striking mix of black, brown, and white colors. He is house trained and up to date on vaccinations. Remi currently resides in Hornell, NY. He is seeking a patient adopter who can continue to help him adjust to indoor life and polish his social skills.

About Remi

Remi is a young pitty mix recently surrendered through no fault of his own when his previous family could no longer keep him. He’s still learning to navigate the world after spending much of his life outdoors, so new people and experiences can make him a bit uneasy at first. Give Remi a bit of patience, plenty of treats, and he’ll open up—he’s truly motivated by snacks. This goofy, energetic boy loves playing with toys and dashing around the yard. Between bursts of play, Remi likes to check in for affection and company. He hasn’t spent much time with little kids and, given his puppy-like energy, he’s likely a better fit for families with older children (12+) after a meet and greet. Remi has lived with other dogs before and might enjoy a canine companion, but introductions are a must. His new home should be ready to continue his socialization and basic obedience training, helping him build confidence and become his best self. If you’re patient and ready for a playful, loving project, Remi will reward you with loyalty and fun. Click apply to start the adoption process.
