About Rue
Rue is an independent cat with a fondness for cozy laundry piles and sunlit windowsills. He’s a gray and white tabby with front declawing, so he tends to rely on his mouth for self-defense. Rue’s direct about what he wants—he enjoys being petted, but only on his own terms and will let you know when he’s done. Most days you’ll find him perched on the cat tree, quietly watching the world go by, or waiting in the window for familiar faces. Rue would do best in a calm home with no other pets and no young children; he’s tolerant of older kids (13+), but needs his independence. He’s neutered, microchipped, negative for FIV and feline leukemia, up-to-date on vaccines and preventive care, and ready for a fresh start in Wahpeton, ND. Ready to fall in love?
