• Intake exam notes: During his intake Kadir was friendly with staff and allowed a full exam to be given vaccines. • Vet exam notes: During exam Kadir was anxious and did not like to be restrained but when given food he would calm some to be heartworm tested and examined. • Dog Test/Play group: Kadir was dog tested one on one and did well he was tolerant and would give corrections when overwhelmed but after some time would begin to play.
