About Capt. Jack Sparrow
Captain Jack Sparrow is a playful, gentle soul who’s looking for a calm, cozy home and a human companion who understands that he might need a little time to settle in. Patience pays off: Jack rewards it with snuggles, loud purrs, and that classic, confident nuzzle against your side. He’s fond of other cats, especially younger ones, and would appreciate a feline friend to romp with. Jack’s had eye surgery as a kitten for a condition called cherry eye; his vision isn’t perfect in that eye, but it doesn’t slow him down. If the tear duct ever slips out again, it’s not painful for him, just a quirk to watch for. You’ll notice he’s sensitive to loud or sudden noises, so homes with only older, respectful children work best. He thrives on quiet affection and loves to curl up in bed after a good play session, often bringing along his favorite “booty.” Once a stray, Jack knows how to win you over with treats and empathy. He’s neutered, microchipped, house trained, and up-to-date on vaccines, plus he’s tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Jack is currently being fostered in Harrisburg, PA. Your new best friend is just one click away.
