ELIGIBLE FOR PERMANENT FOSTER PROGRAM! Lottie was found by a Good Samaritan who took her in from the street. When no one came to claim Lottie, German Shepherd Rescue stepped in with a lifeline. We quickly learned that Lottie has a congenital eye condition that impairs her vision. She has some sight in one eye and none in the other. A retinal surgery is expected down the road, but right now, Lottie is hanging out in a foster home and playing like crazy with the resident dogs. She loves following the other dogs around and Surprise! Lottie positively loves to swim! She has no problem getting in and out of the pool now that she has been shown the steps, and she loves splashing around with her foster siblings.
