About Rocky D
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Rocky D started life in a city shelter, sharing a cage with his siblings and mom, a husky/shepherd mix, for the first several weeks. After their mom was moved, Rocky and his siblings were left timid and nervous, but thanks to a loving rescue and his foster home, his life has brightened up considerably. He quickly adapted to life outside the shelter, enjoying his very first lawn time, fresh air, and sun. After a quick bath to wash the shelter days away, Rocky began eating well and revealed his happy, playful side, especially with his foster family's dogs. An update from his foster home shares that Rocky D is a true cuddler and loves to be held. While he's the shyer pup of his pair and sometimes bullied by his big brother Aspen during play, he's got the skills to stand his ground—earning his nickname as the "small ninja." Rocky has a heart-melting gaze and even occasionally uses his adorable husky howl. As he continues to settle in, more of his personality shines every day. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
