About Midnight
Midnight is a medium-sized female Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever mix ready for her forever home in Macon, GA. She came to rescue after raising her seven puppies, who have all found homes; now it’s her turn. Midnight is very active—she thrives on exercise and loves to run and play. A family with a fenced yard or someone devoted to regular hikes and outings would suit her best. She enjoys spending time with people, relishes training sessions, and is plenty affectionate: couch time and cuddles are some of her favorites. Midnight knows several commands, walks nicely on a leash, and is both house and crate trained. She plays well with other dogs, though an adopter should be committed to consistent training, as she's smart but sometimes a bit entitled when other animals are around. With slow, careful introductions, she does fine with cats indoors but may chase those outside. Midnight is working on managing her excitement around new people, particularly jumping—it’s all eagerness to connect. She has an old leg injury that occasionally makes her pick up her back leg while running, but it doesn’t slow her down or change her upbeat energy. As a Taurus, she’s stubborn in endearing ways and deeply loyal to her people. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
