About Midnight
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Midnight is a delightful female Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix who’s ready to start her next adventure. Rescued from the shelter along with her puppies, she’s now eager for a loving forever home of her own. She’s spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and completely up to date on vaccinations. Midnight is both house trained and crate trained, making her a wonderful addition to any home. She’s very active, loves to run, and is happiest when she’s out playing in the yard or exploring on long walks, hikes, or runs. Midnight knows several commands including "sit", "down", "place", "break", and "here"—her training is truly impressive! Her leash manners are excellent, and her foster family will help you keep up with her good habits. She enjoys the company of other playful dogs and genuinely loves spending time with her human family. Midnight’s affectionate nature makes her a great snuggle companion, and she willingly settles into her crate when it’s time for quiet time or sleep. Her one area for improvement is managing her excitement with new people—she’s just so eager to meet everyone! Commitment to ongoing training will help her continue to shine in a multi-pet home. With a slow introduction, she coexists calmly with cats indoors, though she may chase cats if given the chance outdoors. Midnight would thrive in an active home with plenty of play and regular interaction, ideally with a fenced-in yard or an adventurous family ready for plenty of exercise. A fun fact: with her birthday in early May, Midnight is a Taurus—a sign known for loyalty and affectionate nature! While she occasionally picks up her back leg when running due to an old injury, she shows no sign of being slowed down. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
