Since coming into foster care last December, Collette has made incredible progress with the tender care and medication she's received, especially as she manages her valley fever. Weighing in at just 10 pounds, this petite gem is both loving and playful. She has discovered the joy of toys and sunbathing, experiences she likely missed until now.
