Wally’s dream home is an adult-only setting with an experienced owner who understands both the independent and protective instincts of his breed. He does best as the only dog in a quiet, single-dog home and will need a fenced yard where he can safely explore—apartments and condos aren’t a good fit. Wally isn’t comfortable around cats or livestock and requires a calm, predictable environment without children or high activity levels. While still learning formal commands, Wally is eager to bond and responds well to positive reinforcement training. He does well with housebreaking and is learning to be comfortable in a crate, thriving with gentle structure and routine.
