Lady is an energetic tripod who delights in affection, comedy, and being close to her person. She’s housetrained, rides well in the car, and knows how to sit. Food motivates her, so training comes easily, and she entertains herself with a Nylabone or by sniffing around the yard. When it’s time to relax, she’ll happily claim the couch beside you. Lady lost her leg after arriving with a severe injury, but she’s adapted with resilience and hasn’t slowed down at all. She tends to get overstimulated around other animals—especially pets that move or bark—so she’s at her best as the only animal in the household. She does well with older, respectful kids.
