About Squirrely
Squirrely has become a beloved fixture at PAWS Atlanta, and it’s clear she’s found her groove in a foster home. For years she's been patiently waiting for the right person, and it’s hard to understand why. This little pittie is all about savoring the simple things: slow walks, meals, and long naps—the basics are her favorites. According to her foster, Squirrely never misses meal time and gives a little dance of excitement when her soft food with pills is served. She can be left alone for hours without any trouble and spends most of her time sleeping. She’s house trained and has no problem being independent when needed. Squirrely gets along well with other dogs, both at the shelter and out in the neighborhood. Now a happy senior, Squirrely still has a playful streak and loves to snuggle close to her people. She’s ready to offer steady companionship and just the right amount of goofy charm. Squirrely was born on December 13, which makes her a Sagittarius—full of optimism, quick to bond, and always up for a stroll. Ready to make a senior dog’s story complete?
