Kirby
AvailableKirby is a young male Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier mix in Fort Mill, SC. He has a large build with a short black and white/cream coat. Kirby is looking for a family who enjoys an active lifestyle and is excited to welcome an affectionate, social pup into their home.
About Kirby
Kirby had a rough start, abandoned with his siblings in a house for three days when they were only five weeks old. Despite that, thanks to dedicated fosters, he's learned what it means to be safe and cared for. Kirby thrives on social time, loves meeting other dogs, and lights up around people. He's an upbeat companion who enjoys walks, hikes, and tagging along to breweries and festivals. He does great with crowds and new pups—if he gets a little nervous in new spots, a stroll will set him right. Out on a trail or curled up on the couch, Kirby is always happy to either explore or just soak up belly rubs and head scratches. He's looking for an active family who can keep up, someone who wants an affectionate partner for adventures and downtime alike. Kirby already responds to his name, so a little consistency there would go a long way. He’s now ready to trade foster life for his real forever home, bringing plenty of love and energy in the bargain. Start your journey together! Apply now.
