Howie was rescued from a California shelter where he was in rough shape, facing major skin issues and hair loss due to neglect. With the right care, including a good salmon diet and supplements, he now looks much healthier and is ready for his forever home. Howie adores love and attention. He’s a big snuggler, eager to share your bed. Walks and outings are some of his favorite activities. While he's good with some dogs, he would thrive best as the only dog in the home or with a submissive female companion. After waiting a long time for a family, Howie is hoping to find a home soon.
