About Hank

Hank is a 'game on' kind of dog who loves nothing more than being with his people or hanging out on the couch. He thrives in active settings, constantly running and playing with his foster siblings in a big fenced yard. His favorite hobbies? Playing, running, jumping—he’s working on his manners with that last one—and giving out plenty of affection and kisses. Hank fits right in with a busy household and always manages to bring excitement and laughter wherever he goes. He really wants a home to call his own, especially one where he can keep up the fun, be around his humans, and continue spreading joy with his upbeat personality. Hank is a 6-year-old, neutered black and tan Dachshund. He’s up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and on preventative. He’s settled nicely into the DRBC long life diet and has shown he’s house trained. Hank gets along well with other dogs but isn’t a match for homes with cats. He’s currently in Morrisville, PA. Local adopters (NJ, NY, DE, MD, and Eastern PA) aged 21 and above are eligible. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
